Our Rochester Homes brand is built by caring and experienced craftsmen in a controlled environment. We are a full service builder specializing in POURED WALL BASEMENTS and FOUNDATIONS. We can help with all aspects of your new home including well, septic system, and city utility connections.

Building Services:

We build modular or “System Built” OBBC homes by Rochester Homes and Penn West Homes. We also do Poured Wall Basements and Foundations, Garages, Porches, Decks, Septic Systems, Wells, Utility Connections, Driveways, and all other aspects of new home construction.

Your new home will be built using all of the benefits of Controlled Environment Construction. This means that your framing won't suffer the weathering and water from exposure to the environment. Materials are much less likely to disappear or be damaged on a messy job site. We also have a much more efficient use of manpower including less lost time due to weather and the other factors that affect site built homes.
